Tattoo City Tattoo Convention Booth Application Terms and Conditions
By submitting an application and payment for a booth at the Tattoo City Tattoo Convention, the applicant ("Vendor") agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Application & Payment
1.1. Booth spaces are reserved only upon receipt of full payment and a completed application. 1.2. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the event organizers. 1.3. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in the application is accurate and up to date.
2. Booth Assignments
2.1. Booth locations are assigned at the discretion of the event organizers. 2.2. Requests for specific booth locations will be considered but are not guaranteed. 2.3. Booth sharing is not permitted unless approved in writing by the event organizers.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
3.1. Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. 3.2. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required to operate at the event. 3.3. Vendors must maintain a professional and respectful presence throughout the event. 3.4. All booths must be set up and ready for business before the event opens to the public and remain open during event hours. 3.5. Vendors must keep their booth area clean and dispose of all waste properly.
4. Conduct & Compliance
4.1. Any vendor engaging in illegal activities, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will be removed from the event without a refund. 4.2. Tattoo artists must comply with all health department regulations and provide proof of Bloodborne Pathogens certification and applicable licensing. 4.3. Vendors may not sell counterfeit or illegal goods. Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
5. Liability & Insurance
5.1. The event organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. 5.2. Vendors assume all liability for their booth and activities, including any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of their participation. 5.3. Vendors are encouraged to obtain liability insurance to cover any potential claims.
6. Event Modifications & Cancellations
6.1. The event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or venue issues. 6.2. In the event of cancellation, refunds or rescheduling options will be at the discretion of the event organizers.
7. Booth Setup & Breakdown
7.1. Vendors must adhere to designated setup and teardown times provided by the event organizers. 7.2. Early departure or dismantling of booths before the event ends is not allowed without prior approval. 7.3. Vendors must leave their booth space in the same condition as it was found.
8. Marketing & Promotion
8.1. Vendors grant permission for the event organizers to use their business name, logo, and images for promotional purposes. 8.2. Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation in the event on social media and other platforms.
9. Agreement
By submitting a booth application and payment, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
